Tension Bolt crack on top ?

I never seen a new one in person so I have no idea if that's normal for some to have that.

out of 18 Tension bolt about 14 of them got a crack on top of the head and 16 of them got rust all over the bolt body.

I will be using all new housing so I think I should get new tension bolt with it right ?

and for Tension bolt if Im buying new, Mazda saids use N350-10-E51B instead of N350-10-E50A, my google search tells me that the E51B has heat shrink the middle part of the bolt to handle vibration a bit better. Anybody know the definite answer ?

Thanks

it's just a formation of the metal as it was cast, not a crack or anything to worry about.

I'm just going to re-use it, Since the bolts are used/old I will torque it a bit harder to 30 ft lbs . that should be alright I guess ?

usually they are covered in oil and clutch dust but a little rust won't really hurt anything unless it is excessive.
