Tanabe Exhaust owners!!!

I have a chance to get two Tanabe Hyper Medallion Mufflers for 300 CND, (dirty Cheap) the retail is well over 800 CND.
60mm inlet and 100mm outlet,
I want to know if anybody is running these on their cars and if they have any pictures they could share, and or loudness.
I searched but didn't find anything solid to answer my questions.

Why are they so expensive?

You can get the HKS Hi-power universals for like $190 US...

Is Tanabe really that good?

I wasn't saying they wouldn't work, just saying i've never heard of anyone around here using them.

Tanabe exhausts are great. So are their springs. I read They are one of the few companies in the world that can make their own springs. All their products are tripple-tested and are of the highest quality. Still, I checked out their site and they only offer complete systems for FD's. The Tuner Medalion canister is offered just by itself for custom applications so its universal.

I have the only prototype dual catback SM Racing on my car, it is very very nice and sounds great. Extremely high quality muffler-- Tanabe is well known in Japan but relatively unknown in the US. Tanabe has a unique exhaust note, very low frequency deep tone, which is why it is one of the most popular and exhausts for Hondas and other 4 cyl cars. Although it's super popular with those crowds, it's not rice...rice won't pay 600 dollars for a catback. It's expensive but very much worth it for the quality, sound and performance.
