Tail light painting

After buying my car for rebuild from icbc because they figured it was a right off and putting on the rear bumper cover and new tail lights from a different 88 i was wondering if anyone had or has seen any pics or what it would look like with the black part of the tail lights painted to match the car so it looks like they're actually part of the car
any comments would be appreciated!

Talking

I don't like it. I've seen pics but I don't have the links or whatever...

Photoshop it and find out, I guess.

I think it's a definate improvement IMO. Works best when combined with having body matched mirrors (preferably the aero type) as well.

Here's mine:

I agree, unless you are pinting it another color, It works wel on the red and white seen I can immagine it would work well with yellor but then the rest of the FC would look off (yellow is not good for FC). Maybe a bright blue too. Tell us your color plans, gold seems like it wouldn't look too nice.

(all opinions)

wow I think that looks pretty good, when I get my FC painted (hopefully in a light silver) I'm deffinately doing that. I like it more than S5 a tad, it looks more custom and even makes the car look almost non Rx7 but still hints anough to the rotary beast.
