T2 tranny to N/A diff

What do I need? I've been told that I need to get T2 flywheel, T2 Clutch, and customized the driveshaft. How difficult is it to shorten the driveshaft?

need a T2 starter too, as well as a T2 slave cylinder.
You cannot shorten the driveshaft yourself (without the tools to insure it is balanced), but most driveshaft shops should be able to do it at a reasonable price.
As an aside, I have heard the auto driveshafts will work perfectly in this situation.

You are going to need a TII driveshaft, rear end, and halfshafts to make everything work. It is easiest just to pull an entire rear suspension sub-assembly (driveshaft, diff, halfshafts, shocks, springs, etc.) from a TII at the salvage yard, and just swap it out.
