ok soo i have a 88 rx7 t2
idk whats wrong with it idk if its timing idk if its getting not enough fuel i think its running lean
what i have done to the engine was rebuild mild bridgeport has no more emmisions all blocked off no more power steering has a safc II also a racing beat fuel cut eliminator, s4 turbo rebuilt
i dont understand whats the problem with it ?
i would greatly appreciate it

A bouncing idle like that is very likely a vacuum leak in the intake system. The leak leans the mixture and lies to the ECU about how much air is there. Then it chases the idle.
There are lots of threads on finding vacuum leaks. I'd go with the pressurizing technique as that worked well for me.
