T2 rear end.

I just need to know if there is anything i need to do other than take the bolts out of a T2 rear diff and just pull it apart or do i need to pull the input shafts out of it. iv never taken apart a FC diff and just don't want to break anything.

you need the matching axles and driveshaft from the T2 as well. You have to lower the subframe to take it out, or from what ive been told, you can cut a wrench in half and hit it with a deadblow hammer to remove the front diff mount bolts.

to take out the pumpkin you have to knock out the stub axles. a long screwdriver and a hammer will work. don't worry you will break the screwdriver before the stub axle. it takes a little more force then you think. but as tehmonkey said you need the matching stub axles and half axles to go with it. and make sure not to use the ring gear thats on it unless u are using the same pinion gear. you can't mix and match gears.

Ya are we supposed to read your mind here? Are you trying to install a TII diff, rebuild one, or replace mounts? You left no information what so ever.
