T2 has low boost?

Ok I just got done working on the 7. I took off the intercooler, intake and all the main vaccum hoses. The hoses look fine and the turbo is fine. I am at a total loss as to why I am not reaching full boost?
I am hitting 5 psi in 1st, 8 in 2nd, 10 in 3rd.
I just replaced the intake with a new hks.

here is a link to my mod list
http://flightsimmers.net/airbase/pl.../gzmodlist.html

Any info will be so appreciated.

And Scott89T2 please dont say "buy a ball and spring boost contoller".

Thanks,
Josh

the link doesn't work, but anyway.... did you check your wastegate? that's why mine stopped boosting it got too worn and wouldn't close properly.

The turbo will never make full boost in 1st gear on flat road.&nbsp It's pretty much the same for 2nd gear also.&nbsp "Max boost levels" should be done in 3rd gear or higher anyways...

i have the same issue with mine! it just happened like 3 weeks ago, i started losing boost! but it got progressively higher in higher gears, just like this guys... so maybe its the wastegate? i have an exhaust leak near the engine too tho, maybe that ties in

Intake leak is the major culrpit.&nbsp Check the stupid 5/8" hose running under the BAC valve - this things NEEDS to be clamped on both ends!&nbsp For some stupid reason, Mazda didn't do this from the factory!
