edit: oh yeah btw; have any of you guyys had any trouble with dsm's? (eclipse gst) some kid has one at my school with a g20 and claims to make excess of 350hp at 12psi, stock internals with just a N1 and a BOV... dunno what type.

OR

ever ran a celica alltrac. i know their rare, but a friend of mine has it. claims to be boosting pretty high but he hasn't found an awd dyno down here yet. we're gonna go to the track when it gets a little cold.

That eclipse better have a huge turbo or it doesn't make that much horsepower or it runs 20-25 lbs of boost then maybe...maybe. All-tracs are fast from like 0-60ish then a turbo 2 should be able to catch back up.

I have 90 turbo 2 and its my daily driver seeing as how i have no other car. I drive to and from work everyday and to and from school when i decide to go to school. I had an 89 before this one and the tps sensor went bad and the rack and pinion was leaking but I sold that and got my 90 and everything works well on this one. white with black interior (full interior....no pieces missing like the other one) But anyway I think they do fine as daily drivers...

Have fun!!

Why would he run a 20G at 12 psi? Your friend is full of ****. The BOV wouldnt do **** for hp. And the muffler is not restrictive on the talons to begin with. Only the cat, downpipe, and manifold are.
Once again, your friend is VERY full of ****. Read the marking on the side of his turbo and tell me.

I will daily drive mine as soon as I buy it within a week or two. No reason not to, what fun would it be to know you have a turbo two in the garage but you are tooling around in a Pinto.

Fingers: this is what i've been told, he also claims to have ran a boxter and won. don't know much about turbo size's but the 20G is twice as big as the stock right? i'll try and see if i can get a look at it, but he isn't one to boast a lot.... so i'll let you know when i'm positive.

I had an N/A as a daily driver, I absolutly loved that car, it was so fun to drive to work and never had any problems with her.
I just got a TII and i plan to use it as a daily driver, so im just going to have to see how good it is. The only thing i can say is keep off the boost if your going to use it as a daily driver, and keep rpms low. kinda boring but its prob the only way to get some kind of mpg out of a turbo
