T2 Conversion + Standalone

I am planning a S5 Rebuilt Jspec swap into a S5 n/a. I will be installing a haltech as well as the RB T2 full exhaust at the same time. I will be keeping the n/a drivetrain for the time being and will swap a n/a flywheel and clutch setup onto the jspec. And I have a T2 fuel pump already installed, and T2 hood lined up.

Is there anything that needs to be addressed that I have left out? And 12psi is max boost on stock intercooler and turbo's right? Bigger injectors needed for 12psi?

You'll have to use a TII flywheel from what I've heard. I'm not to sure if thats true because I told my mechanic that and he said it didn't sound right. Bigger injectors would be agood idea anyways just for saftey.

No... you need to use the series V NA flywheel if you use the NA transmission. Flywheel TYPE has to match the transmission (NA or TII) and flywheel YEAR has to match the engine due to balance issues. TII and NA balance the same for the same years.

If your gonna use the N/A drivetrain then you would use the N/A flywheel. The turbo II flywheel is much larger then the N/A and you would probably have case size conflicts, not to mention that the splines on the flywheel wont match up with the output shaft of a TII motor.
