The rims are 7.5" front and 8.5" rear, 225 tires front and 245 rear. Like I said there is very little clearance because there is a lot of offset on the fronts. Dunno what you're seeing in the FTP's, it's pretty dark in there because of the angle of the sun. I zoomed in on the originals and can't see ****. The stuff in the outer corners is some of the insides of the FTP assembly.

Yeah, you do need wider tires and wheel in front Gene- THAT is the point of widebody!
I am running +25 7.5" rims and 225/50 lowered on STOCK front fenders w/ lip rolled under- no rubbing.
Put those 8.5" 245/50 up front and get some 9.5" 255/50 for the rear!
Now that I have seen those nice pics of Mariah fenders I am contemplating getting some and putting my +25 8" rears up front and getting some 9" rears... sigh, someday.

I dunno what you guys are getting on about so much, like I said, with the tires and offset of those wheels, there is almost no clearance. You need to have room for the tires when the suspension is at full bump.
You think it's supposed to look like this stupid thing?

Your car looks nice. I am not sure but mose widebody front allow you to run atleast 255's up front with no problem. I am going to get the corksport fenders and use either 17x8 with 245's or 17x9 with 255's, probably sitck with the 8's for money reasons and the fact that it isn't a turbo (that will happen someday though).

I don't think the width ot the rim looks bad, but 255's would be sick!!!!!!Anyway, I think if they were larger diameter wheels with a lower profile it would drastically change the appearance again. But those fenders are slick anyway yu look at 'em

holy crap gene, I have those same wheels, Ive NEVER seen anyone else with those wheels in america, expecially on a FC, we must be the only 2. Mine are 17x8 and 17x7

Hehe, I got mine from Japan via the forum. Looking at magazines they seem to be the most popular wheel for FC's in Japan. Do yours use spacers? Mine came with spacers and the bolt circle is actually slightly smaller than normal FC wheels, the spacers change it. Is the pic in your sig a photoshop filter or a drawing made from a photo? looks sweet.
I like the bumper on the GP kit I'm calling a stupid thing. I'm calling it a stupid thing because of the retarded amount of camber on the wheels. I also wonder if the wheel will meet the fender when turned and at full bump. I'm thinking it will. Hell, looks like it will hit when at full lock and no bump.
