I would just buy some new Swaybars. They're fairly simple so just don't spend over $100 for one.

just buy a suspension techniques front and use a factory rear, or get rid of the rear all together

look @ diameter sizes...usually both front and rear bigger the better but to a limit..i switched my t2 bars for the racing beat and the rb were decent amout larger and def feel the difference..i would think the t2 bars are larger therefore exellent upgrade for the na but like i said never seen or had na bars to size them up so

I'd say if you can get TII sways for really cheap then it's worth it, but there's such a small difference in stiffness that if you have to pay much for them at all then you might as well just get some aftermarket ones that are stiffer.

I am in the process of doing a TII driveline swap from N/A I have not seen the front bars yet but the rears are definitely larger in diameter. Howver I have not seen any of the aftermarket ones, so if the TII ones are free or dirt cheap I'd say go for it.

Depends on the NA. 'Base' models have smaller dia sway bars from the GXL/GTU(s)/Turbo. Basically, if you got a 4-bolt wheels, you have the smaller sway bars. At least for a S4.
