Swapping s4 TB with a S5 (searched)

Ok Im sure there is a thread on here somewhere about this. I did do a search but came up with threads that were 0 help. I even googled it.

I am installing a s5 TB on my 87 TII. The reason is because of the TPS i needed for my Haltech. My question is can i swap the coolant line that runs off the backside of the TB to the engine? It.looks like the bolt holes line up but there is a vac line on the s4 TB that the s5 doesnt have. its the hose near the little green/white check valve. Hope that made sense. probably not. If needed Ill upload a couple pics. Thanks
