If im swapping my drivetrain to T2.. I can use an S4 tranny on my S5 cant i? And can i use my NA S5 shifter with my T2 S4 tranny? And can I use my S5 na Differential with my T2 Driveshaft?

yes to s4 on s5 engine. not sure about the shifter but I am 90% sure you can. you can not use the n/a diff with the TII tranny in any case, unless you had an auto and you modify the driveshaft a little.

Ok - you will need an S5 TII flywheel if you want to swap to a TII drivetrain. The flywheel must match your series engine. S5 to S5, and S4 to S4.

You will need a TII driveshaft, diff, halfshafts, and obviously a TII clutch for that flywheel.

There has been some talk that an auto driveshaft can be used to link a TII tranny to an N/A diff, but I have no experience with that...so I suggest you use the search function to get some more answers on that topic.

The shifter will work fine. The only diffeence in S4 and S5 shifters are the thread pattern for the ****.

I've done essentially what you are asking - all but the shifter. I don't know about that. I got a new one.

The t2 drive shaft is the right length. But you will have to re-drill the holes on the flange that mates to the na diff. Either that or buy a proper hybrid ds from mazdatrix.

You also need the proper flywheel or counter weight.

Yeah...that will work fine...as long as there is an implied "TII" after each one of those S5 and S4's!
