Arrow Swapping compressor housings?

Ok this may seem silly but Ive never taken a turbo apart before. How hard is it to swap the compressor housings between 2 turbos and would I have to swap the compressor wheel too (which would mean balancing.

The reason I ask is because someone just sold me a BNR turbo with a bad oil seal for a good price. He tells me I can just swap the compressor housing onto my stock s5 turbo, but it seems too easy. Thanks in advance for the help.
