Swapped driver and passenger seat?

Have any of you guys ever swapped the driver's seat with the passenger seat? I know the recliner lever will be tight up against the center console but other than that I figure it should work after the tracks are also switched. My driver's seat foam is so much worse than the passenger seat simply because it gets sat on more often. OR - has anyone ever put seats in their RX-7 from another brand vehicle? There are so many seats available on eBay but very few good RX-7 ones available. If you have, what vehicle year and model did then come from? Thanks!

Are the frames bent at a different angle? I figured I could just swap the tracks from one to the other.

Frames are entirly different as well as the tracks are specific for the location.

I think the right hand drive conversion is the obvious answer...
