i bought a whole 87 turbo II car that was wrecked in the front the other day and am going to swap the turbo motor\tranny into my 86 gxl na car (my poor na eroded the aluminium around the spark plugs in the cooling chamber). i have every harness and part i need but was wondering if i can get away with just replacing the passenger side engine harness and drop the motor/tranny in with the harness and turbo computer, or will i have to cut and snip some of the harness
i fixed the problem of the driveshaft by the trading out the yoke on the na mazdatrix unit with the turbo yoke to fit into the turbo tranny

 

you didnt buy my old car did you? i think its at a place called allstar salvage or some ****. mine was an 87TII and was wrecked in the front.

 

yeah that was it what is wrong with it he told me it ran still and gave me a thity day warranty what do you know about it chris that you can tell me

 

lol, nah, nothings wrong with it. but its not exactly complete anymore. i sorta gutted that car in a hurry after it got wrecked. so any and all my old parts are gone off it, BOV, DP, MP, fuel pump and some other bits.

the car was running strong before the ******* ran into me. i was running 8-10psi with the old setup in it. the clutch on that motor is pretty much on its last legs. i just think its funny that every RX-7 around here is running around with SOME part that i used to own. and now you have my whole damn car
