suspension type - 88 rx7 conv

Getting some brake work done and the shop asked me if the rear suspension is standard or "hard"! Anyone know the answer? I don't recall there being an option!

As far as the parts books are concerned, the 88 vert has the hard suspension.

Thanks! I told the shop to make sure they specified the vert, but who knows what i'll end up with
