I do

I have the auto adjust. But I almost always leave it in sport. I don't really notice a huge difference between normal and sport, i think mostly because of the way i drive. I was reading in the manual that it auto senses dives and hard turns and then puts suspension to very stiff.... and I drive pretty quick and hard.

But overall, not a big diff.

Yeah I dont really feel much of a difference either. But as scheistermeister said my shocks might be a little shot and worn.

If the shocks aren't toast, the mechanisms for changing their settings automaticaly (or manually) are.

I feel a big difference with mine. In the sport it bottoms out over speed bumps. In normal it bottoms out several times over speed bumps. In normal setting I feel like Uncle Buck.
