Any one know if any size surfboard will fit in a 2nd gen? how about with a passenger, to me it looks like it won't fit anyone tried?

My short board, 6' 2" fit fine with one passanger.

the biggest board i could fit was a 7'2" with a pasenger. it sticks out the sunroof tho.

otherwise, buy some surfrack pads and harnesses.
