Is this supposed to be capped off?
While fixing my tps I noticed this vacuum nipple capped off. Is this supposed to be capped off?
Here is a pic or 2, if you need better ones as to location, let me know. Its near the intake pipe as seen in pic.

You can use a small block off plate, or remove the vacuum and coolant lines. It injects coolant into the engine when really cold, but it apparently never actually worked.

Took out the sub zero assist device today.
Only PITA part was 1 of the cc mount bolts. Made it easier to remove as there was a ton of crap under the coolant tank for the assist tank and where it slides off the mount. I had to use some penatrating fluid after I unbolted the mount for it to come off, it wouldn't slide off it.
There is also a cap on the line to the manifold that you can use to cap it off with.
Gave me a chance to replace a few vacuum line too.
