this motor has been sitting in the car for about a year and a half. i don't know where the peice of metal blocking the exhaust port came from and i just need a couple ideas.

that kinda looks like a torn up apex of the rotor (not seal but the actual pointy part of the rotor...)

Whatever... if you are looking to buy that.. i wouldn't touch it with a stolen pecker!!

 

That is some foreign object, or a chunk of iron floating around in there, by the pics. That motor is not very useful even as a core.

 

no i pulled this out of an AE that i just bought for 400 dollars. if ya'll think that is bad you should see the turbo i had rust falling out of the coolant lines it is really nasty now i'm looking to buy a new motor to say the least
