Well, sort of. Everything is working fine, except for my ignition and fuel system. I HAVE to install a boost gague, because I have to dyno tune my new injectors. I also need a new secondary injector connector. I also need new spark plugs and plug wires.

Camden forgot to mention that the kit won't work with the 86-88's AC system, and they also neglected to mention that the added heat of a supercharger trying to push 8psi of boost is going to produce enough heat to make a heat range 7 spark plug essentially not work. I almost blew my motor today, but before I did I got wise to what was going on and immediately ordered some HKS iridium plugs, heat range 10.5. I also noticed that my spark plug wires were pretty well fried, so I ordered a new set of those. Well, hopefully I'll be able to get you guys some dyno graphs by next week, until then I'm going to have to take it REALLLLY easy on the car. Late.

I think the comedy in this statement was unintended...

Are you sure the plugs are the problem? I used to run my non-intercooled 12AT at 8-10psi using S4/5 plugs (leading 7, trailing 9) and had no problems at all with them.

No, the past three weeks have been pretty hellish, so there was some bitter sarcasm thrown into that statement.

I'm pretty positive that it's the spark plugs, or something with the ignition system at least. I had it hooked up to a wideband 02 sensor, and it was reading AFR's around 10:1, but when we pulled out the 02 sensor, it was covered in a white powder, which usually indicates a lean miss. If I actually was running rich, the head of the sensor would be black, right? I was also getting some SERIOUS ignition breakup around 3200rpm and above.

The guy who recommended that heat range of plugs is the guy who ran the only rotary specific tuning shop in town, and he also is the U.S. distributor and tuner of Wolf ECUs, so I guess he's probably not swinging in the dark.
