sunroof workaround
My sunroof is finally failing .. It used to always close but sometimes open fully. . . . .Now, it isn't working at all.. . ..I know there is at least one linkage broke.
Anyways, I believe there is an open/close access port to the motor in the headliner and was wondering what kind of tool I would need or if there is anything I should be aware of while going this route.
Thanks. .

There is a manual access using an allen /hex tool. But if a cable is broken, it's still not going to open. You'll need to remove the headliner and remove the assembly to resolve the issue.
Good luck!
