sunroof clogged

sunroof clogged

ive been looking for the drain on my sunrooof but i cant find it .....if anyone has a pic of them i would appreciate it ............if not where are they located .......is it near the rails ?do you have to remove the rails to gain access to them ? what size are they? how many holes ?

i wasn't aware that there are drains on the sunroof.

I don't think they have a drain - soak it up and replace the seal.

YEP ! thats what i heard ......but i cant find them.....need hair around the hole !

There are drain tubes in each corner. The front two run down the A pillars and down throught he floor and the rears drain into the hatch rail drains (IIRC).
If they are clogged, you can try fishing a stiff wire like a hanger or something down the tubes.

everyone keeps telling me run a wire thru them.......THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CANT FIND THE HOLE!!!!!!!!

can ANYONE be more specific as to where the drain holes are !!!!!!

They are in each corner on the outside of the tracks. It might be esier to work with if you taket he actuall roof panel off..you'd get a better view at least. The inside headliner just pops off and there's a few nuts that hold the panel on.

They are a moulded tube at each extreme c orner of the frame - DO NOT poke wire down them - the rubber hoses just slide over the metal tubes and the front ones are at least three feet long. Shoving wire down you are likely to either tear the rubber or push it off the drain tube - use compressed air.
