Sunroof bracket removal.
Good evening brethren. I have recently found a suitable replacement set of sunroof brackets for my girl, however, they are in a junked car at the salvage yard, and no battery is no power to open it. However, there is a hex bolt on the headliner behind the roof, is this my save? And how hard is it to remove the brackets?
Any help before 730am CST would be appreciated, thanks again guys.

You can turn the allen to manually open the sunroof.
Crack the sunroof open an inch or two
remove the plastic trim (a-pillar b-pillar etc)
the mirror
the headliner
there are 4 drain hoses (one on each corner) that you simply pull off
unplug the motor
remove the 4 12mm nuts holding the brass colored brackets to the car
there are 4 height adjustment nuts, loosen the front 2 (they will remain attached to the bracket)
and you should be on your way.
You may have to make the sunroof close some in order to get it to drop down if you have it open too far. It's fairly simple, sorry if I made that sound confusing. Good Luck
