I was replacing my oil sending unit when the threaded part broke inside the block. Now I can't get it out. BUt it is flush with the block....so yeah....I think to begin with the oil sending unit was the wrong one and the previuos owner just made it fit....so anyone have any suggestions?

 

Sounds like its time for a tap and die set to me.
