LSD type on 88N/A GTU?

Not sure what type of LSD I have on my 88N/A GTU.
Changing the fluid tomorrow and need to know if an additive will have a benefit or not. Looked at the spec sheets, but couldn't find any listing for 88, unless I am just blind.

Using Royal Purple Max-gear, couldn't get a hold of Redline Shcokproof

That is what I thought. So adding an additive won't be a lost cause. Isn't it the viscus type lsd that does not benefit from adding any sort of additives?

Thanks guy

Go to Kragen buy some additive and gear oil and you'll be fine. I have the same diff. on my 89 GTU. I pulled one from a junkyard and it still works great! Best $40 spent
