suddenly running VERY rich with lots of hesitation above 3K?

so i finnaly got the car running got everything hooked up and i was driving back and forth on a deserted road trying to turn the boost up VIA MBC when all i did was turn around stopped..turn my MBC barley and i took off easy untill i hit 3RD gear and i couldnt get the RPM's past 3-4K without it hesitating VERY bad..my wideband was reading 9:2 to 9:7 but when i pull over i can rev it all the way to the redline without a problem? i just changed my fuel filter at the end of last summer and i hardly drove it since...wouldnt a clogged fuel filter run it lean?? what else should i be looking for?? i checked the vaccum line to the boost sensor and it is fine all othe rvaccum lines appear to be fine?? what else could be wrong?? it idles perfect too...rock solid at 750 , no glitches or anything?

going by what i researched im guessing plugs and wires?? ill pick some up since i KNOW i could use wires..plugs are recent though? how often do they usually last on a turbo motor? should i get the normal leading and trailing plugs for the 6 port turbo? im somewhere around 260 right now but with the new turbo im hoping to be REAL close to 300WHP when i get it running properly and can turn the boost up more.....

Did this solve the problem with the 3-4 k hesitation that you have posted in another thread?? Not sure if this was a new problem or not. Let me know, it would be appreciated!

Ok, Wanted to make sure this was not a fix to the original problem. Seems like a few of us are looking at this so your lead is intersting to many here.
I will try and chime in on the rtek forum now.
