Sudden power after overheating

After slightly overheating (about 3/4 of the way up on the gauge) and letting it cool down for about 15 minutes, I can start it sometimes since it has the hot start issue.
When I do I need to pump the throttle to keep it from stalling, but once it's running it pulls much harder than when I start it normally. Is there anyone here with a similar "problem"?

If there is a way, I'd like to find the cause so I can harness that power all the time.

Well in order to make my car overheat I have to disable my fan.
I first noticed it after a good drive and having it sit for awhile (that was before I fixed my cooling system)
Its pretty annoying and difficult to reproduce the effect.
I think it has something to do with my ecu getting stuck in open loop.
I replaced the o2 sensor to try to solve this but it didn't change anything.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?

The hotter it gets the higher the compression is, right?
Since the seals expand?

Then again, on my old s5's engine I always joked that the housings were porting themselves because it was getting so hot.
Then again... it was cooling itself off with the exhaust gases.......

Edit: Are you actually trying to make your car overheat?

The seals expand making more compression; however, it's not a normal expansion. The expanding and contrasting of the metal leads to warping and further asplody issues...

Measure to see if your water temp sensor is out of calibration.

Maybe is causing you to lean out on a hot start.

I'm not trying to get my car to overheat. I just experimented to see how I could replicate the results that I stumbled upon by accident.

I'll check the sensor tomorrow and see if thats the problem.
