Talking sub zero starting assist fluid?? WTH?

Just removing anything thats not a nesseccity before my engine starts up.

I removed my whole soelonoid rack. Ran fuel hose from the sources. Plugged the nips. I also removed bac, avc...blah blah. I've also capped of the sub zero starting assist valve inside the lower intake manifold....

pretty straight forward, but then I noticed a big tank of fluid sitting underneath my cruise control that had the coolant lines running to that sub zero assist valve.....Is that ok to ditch?? and unplug the wires that go to the bottom of it? (assuming its for the pump)??

Thanks
