Stupid TB Mod Question I know...
If I still want my cold start idle on my TB and still want a little better response can I just use the cutting wheels on my Dremel tool to cut the secondaries into tiny little blips. That way the linkage is still there but the flow is improved slightly, right? I'm just interested in getting my throttle response minimally improved. thanks.

Oh, allright then, so just remove the plates, and the linkage in the LEFT side(when looking at the Secondary plates)? I think Im gonna strip those little screws so Ill have my Dremel ready.

The cold-idle and #2 secondary throttles are completly seperate systems. The throttle plates and linkages can be removed without affecting the idle. I've done this.
BTW, it's not like you're ever going to be reinstalling this stuff, so don't even bother trying to remove those screws-from-hell intact. Just drill them out. Took about a minute.
