stupid questions, but i need answers haha.
1. anyone know what model seat this is?
http://www.recaro.com/index.php?id=1471®ion=3&L=2
not like i can afford it, but i'd like to know what it is.
2. are all shift boots same size? the outer one, not the rubber one on the inside, cause.
3. is there suppose to be extreme heat coming out of your shift boot area? and it smells sometimes when i hit mid high rpms.
4. anyone have paint booths they built in their garage or outside? got any pics or suggestions?, i'm trying to figure out how to minimize the particulate from flying outside and into my front yard for me to breathe. Also, are the particulates from automotive spray guns' overspray the same relative size to those from say like a house painter's spray gun? like are they equally harmful? if so then i guess i won't be as paranoid haha.
5. most important question i guess. how do you fix your temp gauge for 89's i've learned they aren't so accurate, also i think i need to fix my fuel gauge as well, i fill up and a click extra, and it doesn't read full.
6. i love you guys

Most shift boots are the same size or can be modified to fit your shifter surround. I bought one off ebay and it fit fine.
Yes theres going to be heat from your shifter area, thats what the shift boots are there to block. If you smell something, its likely exhaust, check to make sure theres no exhaust leaks.
Its better to get an after market temperature gauge, the stock one is crappy. It reads cold, operating temp, and over heated.
