stumble off idle
When I push on the gas pedal slightly, the engine falls into a stumble. There is a small range of pedal motion where it will stumble and sound like its going to die. So I've been focusing on the TPS, setting it up different ways, using the 2-light method, the 1k ohm method and the 1v method. They all give the same result. As well, I've checked the TPS signals with a scope. They are smooth, no dips or blips indicating a flaky TPS. Is there anything else anyone could suggest I look at? My O2 sensor is telling me that it is going very lean in this state (just off idle) as it goes from about 0.8V at idle down to 0.1V as I just slightly push the pedal in then bounces up to 0.8V again after I push a little further. This problem creates funny startup problems, whereby as the idle is coming down off the thermo-wax it gets into these zones where its rising and falling about 500 RPMs on its own, without me touching the throttle. Then, once its fully warm it idles reasonbly well. The warm idle does have a slight 200RPM hunt sometimes. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Mine kinda does that too but bounces at 1k to 1.5k rpms... If I try to turn down the idle (top screw under rubber thing) It wont run and stall under like 900rpm. And I set the tps the 2 light method.
