stumble at 2600 rpms!?!?!? WTF!??!

ok under light load the car will stumble at 2600 rpms

kinda like the 3800rpm stumble but at a lower rpm

any ideass as to what is going on here

also my car also seems to have some other weird traits

at 4200-4500rpms my car gets a sudden surge or power

almost like the 6pi is opening up. shouldn't that happen lower at 3800rpms?

and I get another one of these surges at around 5500rpms but I'm not running a VDI intake so I wouldn't think that was it just a stock S4 intake?

is my car just wierd or something?

does it always happen, and is it always at 2600 rpm? I'd recomend getting a multimeter onto the throttle sensor pin at the ecu, and getting a passenger to watch the volts and see if they drop crazily when the car stumbles. I had a similar hesitating problem recently, though it was intermittent and would happen anywhere in the rpm range. it was my throttle position sensor, this test diagnosed it... details on the right pin can be found in the manual at iluvmyrx7.com. It's all pretty easy to do...
