studder at low throttle- 90 turbo ii

at about 10-25% throttle she bucks/hesitates/stumbles for a second. it will do it on n off. idle is fine, 25-full throttle is okay. sometimes the check engine light blinks on. was worse before but i changed plugs n wires,it stopped but came back. just got car 1 month ago. has low miles- 65k. its really makin me mad. any suggestions would be appreciated thanx.

check tps adjustment, if it checks out then measure the tps voltage at the ecu while driving, look for any sudden drops in time to the stumbles. Was the cause of my hesitation anyway.

did not think of that def. check the tps. it could be causing it the tps could be not giving it enough fuel. check your AF ratio if possible
