stuck piston help

I was changing brakes today when I pulled the old pads off and started to insert new ones the pisotn would not go back in the caliper i tried a c-clamp, wedged a pry bar between pads and everything else I could think of including opening the bleed valve does anyone have any suggestions

front or rear? you need to twist the rears as you push.

Did the cup go in at an angle? It'll wedge itself stuck if it does. <-- Has done that once before

its on the front calipers...measured on both sides with caliper and it isnt wedged maybe it is seized?
