how do you disassemble the 5th and 6th ports on the intake manifold the rotating rod that the actuator rotates in very hard to turn took the 10mm bolt and screw off and still can't see how it comes out try spraying carb clean in/on it but no luck also try pb blaster 3 days after that with no luck its a s5 if it matters
thank you

You have to remove the LIM to free them up.

Remove the lower intake manifold. Pull the sleeves out. Clean. Re-assemble.

the lower manifold is off the car what is stuck is the actuator rod that appears to be pressed into the lower intake manifold the part that rotates the sleeve. the sleeves are not stuck i'll try to get a pic up to highlight what is stuck cuz i'm apparently not saying it right

I had the same issue with one of my actuator rods on my s5 .
The rod that acually goes throught the intake manifold was SO STUCK I had to beat it out with a socket and hammer.
the whole brass fitting came out with the rod as well.
if its the round actuator that hangs off the bottom of the intake you need to break it lose with some sort of lub, mine was stuck as well. the whole 6th port was stuck from the actual round actuator to the rod that goes through the manifold.
also once your actuator is broke loose you need to make sure it will hold pressure. blow into it and place your fingure over the opening to seal it, hold for about 10 sec and see if it holds.
