im looking for some tires for my gxl wheels. my friends were talking about street slicks. i cant find a distributer online so i was wondering, how much do they cost? are they worth the money or should i just get some good 225's. also.... is there a better way to have my wheels aligned than the stock way?? info is greatly appreciated

for what? drag or autocross. I've gotten 2.0 60' X's with Yoko A509, and A520. good traction at the autocross too.

BFG has a good radial slick.. M/T has a good street slick but it has wrinkle wall.. same with Hoosier.. should run you about $130-160each... not to bad though,

Don't know about the tire you guys are talking about, but slicks don't have any tread. So they can't be street legal. And if they have any tread, they can't be slicks.
