street portingt

so im about to give this a try on some crappy irons. but i wasnt sure about one thing. i read about every thread on here but got a mixed message about the exhaust ports, some said do it then some said dont. do i need to port the exhaust along with the intake? btw its an s5 tii

and any tips tricks or hints will be greatly appreciated

A street port is normally done for both intake and exhaust... Especially being a turbo car, I don't see why you wouldn't want to do this when you have everything apart...

well i wasnt sure cause i was reading something, although dontremember the exact thread but it was talking aboutnot doing the exhaust for some reason. not 100% sure the reason, but i read just about every thread and never seen an exact answer

i have alo wondered the same exact thing about this question?!? my ony sensable conclusion could be for backpressure?
