hey i was wondering if any of u knew where i could find a pattern for a street port for a 87 NA 13b with the 6th ports? because i havent been able too find one. is there a reason for this? or jus the places ive checked dont have them?

lol yea i know lol what i was lookin for was a site like racing beat that sells patterns that have been tested on flow charts and such but they dont sell street port patterns for the 6 port wich i thought was strange and was wondering if there is a reason? or if anybody else does?

 

I don't think even racing beat or mazdatrix did any flow bench research on their ports when they made their templates that they sell. There is more to porting than flow, there is port timing and closing gradually or abruptly, plus bowl shape and direction of port gas discharge.

Those of us who experiment with this type of $hit do some research and then take a dremel to an engine housing and hope for the best. Muahaha. Porting an engine is like trying to get a chick in bed. If you try too hard, forget it. If you pay attention but try just enough, then bam, everything just happens better than u could have asked for and u score in a big way.

 

alright hmm got awhile too figure this out probaly wont get ported till this coming winter cuz of cash and other mods first lol
