i have an 83 gsl with a 13bt swapped into it.im not sure what the motor came out of .all i know is that it was an 89 with a single turbo.i dont know if it was a tii or a gtu or what .can some one tell me how i can tell the differense so i can start the boosting process

If the engine came from a 89 model rx-7 then it is a S5 TurboII engine.

 

it is turbod so thank you its a tii then

 

"TII" is just an internet abbreviation for Turbo II, the US-market name for all turbo'd FC's.
