i just got a 91 n/a and i have some funky idling problems.
It wants to idle at like 3k and i can't trun it down
it's been ported. so i know that it will idle high but not that high i know with the 88's and down there's a jumper thing to set the idle is there one for the 89's and up some one help before i blow this thing up.

it could even be something as simple as adjusting the throttle cable...over time they get stretched and have too much slack etc...or they may stick, so check it out. also, 1500 rpm is way to high of an idle. A properly warmed 13B should idle around 750-850 depending on were u have it set. How smooth it is depends on TPS, vacuum leaks, or simply playing with the Lean/Rich idle mixture screw.
