Strange beeping

So I have a 1986 rx-7 gxl with a 13bt swap (which is for sale by the way, a little shameless self promotion). Anyway, I'll be driving, and all of the sudden I'll hear this beeping. No warning lights are on, all gauges check out, but the beeping is still there. Sometimes it goes away after 20 minutes, sometimes it stays there the whole time i'm driving. It usually takes around 10, 20 minutes for the beeping to start, and I dont think it has ever started right when i started the car. Any ideas on what it is?
Thanks

It could be the power steering. If your PS is disabled, unplug the PS computer under the steering column. It's a big silver box directly under the dash.

stupid question... the light behind the warning lights isnt burned out, right? =)
could be low coolant warning. Doesnt the beeping sound like its coming from the top left inside the car?
