Stock Turbocharger
i bought my 1000cc secondaries from Venom! good performance!
to answer the thrad topic: did 300 flywheel hp with my s5 on stock turbo, 13psi, FMIC, 2.5" exhaust, cone air filter, no fuel upgrade!
you can run the s5 (maybe s4 too) safely by just boostin' 13psi and a good (big) FMIC, mine didn't lean out, drove it 2 seasons! big advantage is the great response you'll get at low rpm with the stock IHI!
not to compare with my latest setup, T60-1, 1000cc's secondaries, Walbro, SAFC - this was a really strong setup, but a bit laggy at low rpm... but you get compensated from 4000rpm upwards
-> 380 flywheel hp!

So... with stock turbocharger, is it possible to reach over 300WHP? If so... what would be required?
Oh and the only condition is that it has to be stock block and stock turbocharger, other than that, what can I do to get over 300WHP on my S4 Turbo2 FC?

Is it safe to run 12 psi on the stock TMIC? Also, when porting the wastegate, what other mods need to be done (not talking about fuel or anything just to the turbo setup). What are all the benefits of porting the wastegate and cons if any? This is for an S4 btw. Sorry for all the questions but i am in the same boat here and i am trying to push the most SAFE power out of my car before i rebuild and go BNR stage 4
Just get the turbo rebuilt and don't go Stage4 yet until you have all the supporting mods. You won't fully exploit the potential of a full setup without engine management.
DO not push that much psi thru TMIC, I would say 9-10psi max.
Don't need anything to port the wastegate, just do it.
