vacuum problems
Hey i just joined and just got an '86 RX-7...i'm having some vacuum problems. my idle surges up and down a few hundred rpm's... i know its a vacuum problem because 1: the tps and bac and all other options have been counted out and 2: theres a couple hoses that are disconnected. i took a couple pictures, i'd like to know where the cut hose leads to and where the feed on my 5th and 6th ports are suppossed to come from...any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
the hose with the screw in it was cut...
actuator feed sticks out in front of the header...
i know the pics arent that clear, but any info would be awesome...

What you want is in the free, online FSM
Two vac hose to the water thermo valve. One comes from directly below the valve. The output line travels fwd and goes to the Double Throttl Diaphram. See FSM for Double Throttle Diaphram. It's towards the front/right side of the throttle body.
The auxillary ports got fed from a pickoff nipple on the Split Air Pipe. That nipple is located a fes inches aft of the checkvalve on the Split Air Pipe. There is a picture of the Split Air Pipe in the free, online FSM for series four cars.
Double throttle diaphram is shown in the 5TH picture on this thread. Just fwd of the throttle plates. Circled in *rose red*. https://www.rx7club.com/forum/attach...hmentid=164963
