Stock Top mount upgrade
Saw this on yahoo.co.jp just figured I would share with the rest of you, may be old news though.

Looks like 2 intercoolers welded togather Anyway, there hare a few companies that make top mount replacements, (ARC is the one ive seen the most) but IMO the whole problem with the stock intercooler is not so much its flow rate, but the location. Why sit the intercooler on top of a hot engine? The short piping is an advantage, but thats about it, and is far outweighed by the heatsoak.

The jury's still out. Two companies, ARC and RE-Amemiya make them, but I haven't heard any info either way that proves they're ineffective. Theoretically, they won't help cool because the stock mount location doesn't get enough airflow to make good use of the existing surface area. I may buy one after the haltech install and compare the intake charges, they're kinda cheap($400). It'd be nice to know the truth.

My only concern with that IC is the stock sized hose connections. I plan to cut them off and weld bigger ones on when I get around to doing mine (similar to that).

It's not 'ok to crash', but it happens. With almost everything: if you don't sometimes make mistakes, you aren't trying hard enough.

as already quoted before :
One word about drifting:
There is a realy high learning curve, practice everynight and in 4 months you can wow your average person. in a year you'll be tearing it up in competition. Dont even atempt to drift if you are afraid to crash or if you don't want to pop your babys cherry. Drifting is an extreme sport, people crash, spectators love it. There is only one true road to becoming realy good at doing it. Practice.

Yea, I usually see all kinds of limbs coming off those who practice other "extreme" sports........
Seems more like the gung-ho attitude people here love to approach things with.
