After a quick search:

"EXHAUST DOWNPIPE: there's a few things you can do, get a stock TII precat/downpipe and mid pipe which bolts it up to the main cat OR get a aftermarket downpipe or custom one. You'll see the problem when you get to that point and you'll find its not too much work to make it work. Oh that NA exhaust system is kinda restrictive so redoing the entire system is advisable or it will effect your boost. "
So it would be in your best interest to get a TII exhaust system..or atlease a downpipe and midpipe

They're right. The stock exhaust on an NA is small. Being that restrictive, you will probably get only slightly better than NA power from that TII engine.
Your best bet is to find stock TII exhaust if you're looking for a low-buck install. That is unless you can fabricate your own exhaust... which is what I did. Check the for sale section, or post a WTB. I'm sure someone here has stock TII exhaust for cheap.
