A Stock '87 TII?

I have what appears to be a stock 1987 Turbo II that I purchased in 1997 except:

It has no Turbo II, Mazda, RX-7 decals or badges on its stock black paint except for a decal on the drivers side rear hatch that says:

Trial Edition
Technical Service & Racing Decelopment

There are four white five spoke DP rims which are wider in the rear than the front with 245/45 16 tires on the rear and 225/50 16 tires on the front. The tires do not extend outside the stock wheel wells at all.

Both front quarter panels behind wheel wells had matching decals that can still be seen, since the stock black paint is less oxidized where they were. They are Kanji and the only english one says: Lucky Suspension

There were two lower ball joints on the passenger side front suspension.

The rear spoiler is different than any of the one's that I've seen on 88-92 TII's.

Everything in the engine compartment appears to be stock, ie. 13B Intercooler, Mazda Air Box, turbo, etc.

The interior is stock except for an old black Momo steering wheel and gear shift ****.

I have accelerated the speedometer to 145+ mph and it still pulls strong.

I bought it from an independent car dealer in Concord, CA. He told me that he purchased it at an auto auction, that it had been stored for a while and that he had bought one exactly like it a couple of years before. He's only seen these two and sold them both. He told me they both came from Mazda that way.

I have never seen another on like it and people with other RX-7's that have stopped me to ask me about it haven't seen one like it. I guess that's why I like it so much.

So I'm wondering if anyone has seen one like this or knows anything about it?

332 indicates a stock turbo model, so I dont see anything funny about teh VIN. IF you ever see a turbo engine'd car with a 331 vin you know it is a transplant as that was originally an NA.

Aftermarket wheels - not stock

Need pic, but I bet it's aftermarket.

VIN confirms it's a Turbo II.
