s4 made before june 1987 has low impedance, after it all has high.

 

they are high, and what was weird was i decided to sit on my *** for a week or so and then tried to jump the battery from a different car and see if i just didnt have enough batt amp or voltage to give enough power to the ecu to power everything, the weird part was for the first 3 minutes i was gettting spark and fuel, she almost fired up. and the i got nothing. wft
