still no power under boost with turbo II ecu swap

ok i post this before because i didnt have no power and i found out that i had two sensor not working, the air temp sensor and the pressure sensor. well it fixed and still have the problem but not as bad. i was wondering if the clutch swich and the neutral swich will cause this problem? because my car was automatic before the turbo II swap and i havent hooked any of that up. thanks

Those won't cause a loss of boost.

How much boost are you seeing? And what kind of gauge?

Turbo stuffed?

i have two gauges

autometer sport comp II is reading 10 psi max and my blitz dtt it reads max of 0.79 bar max but i dont know it does that. i rode before on my friend's turbo II with stock everything ex for RB exhaust and FCD and my car is slower that my friends. i dont get why i cant get it to work right.

and could it be timing? i have it at factory timing right now. should i retard the timing?
